DoubleTree by Hilton London - Marble Arch

We received a very warm welcome. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is very well located: close to Oxford Street, Soho, Piccadilly, and Covent Garden. The breakfast is perfect. I would like to thank Keerthi, Nathaline, and Vanshika. They are very professional, and attentive. We had to pay more than 50 euros upon arrival. We are expected to receive a refund within 7-12 days. - Family : Roussey.

Stayed at this hotel after attending a work event at a different location. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. When checking in we received a warm cookie which was a nice touch. The room itself was nice, large bed, and lovely bathroom, loved the rainfall shower. The only downfall is that there wasn't an easily accessible full length mirror, but that is just personal preference, especially with attending a formal awards night. I slept well, and considering the hotel is located in the middle of London, there wasn't much noise. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of options and staff attentive. They even gave us a takeaway cup so we could take a coffee with us for our journey home. I would definitely stay here again.

We were only there 2 nights for a show and didn't need the room we were given for anything other than sleeping. I wouldn't have liked to have the room we had, if I expected a nice view etc. We were given a free early check-in and late checkout ( H/H diamonds). Service was excellent throughout our stay. We turned up after the show late on and the bar was opened for us to have a night cap without any hassle and a friendly greeting from the duty manager. If I wanted to stay in that part of London I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay, especially if you're looking for central London location- near to all the high end shops

I stayed there 3 nights in July 2025. Their service is exceptionnal for every aspects of your stay. Breakfast has good options and everything you need. The location is perfect close to hyde park and shopping areas. The only downside is the rooms are very small but it’s common in Europe. I will consider again going back in London.

This is our go-to hotel in Marble Arch. Easy access from the tube and the superb shops on the high street. The staff is warm and welcoming. Psst...you get warm cookies, even in London!!! The bed was comfy. Our concerige helped us with local things like the hop-on/off bus and getting an affordable taxi to Heathrow. My only item of note is the bathtub/shower is a challenge. They need to remodel and remove the tub altogether. See you on our next trip!!!!

Excellent service upon entering the hotel and check-in. The location is what you are paying for as it is as central as it comes. The hotel is dated but that is expected given its history, nonetheless it has been renovated so you don't feel it.

I stayed at the hotel and all the staff were truly wonderful kind, welcoming, and always smiling, which made our stay very pleasant. I just wanted to share a general observation. I noticed that luggage is carried manually on the stairs, and I felt it might be better to provide some form of equipment or assistance to make transporting luggage easier and more practical in such areas. This is simply a suggestion from a human and considerate perspective, as it may help make the process smoother and more comfortable for the staff. Thank you for the great hospitality
